@vietj I see that one of the test runs failed but it seems like it has been failing with the same error once in a while. It would be great if this change could get merged. It would save me from having to write my own Vault integration. The main reason for adding the metadata is to have access to the secret version which is required if you are rolling secrets. |

Motivation:
Have the option of retrieving secret metadata from Vault. This will help if you need a secret version etc.
