Join the LUKSO "Hack your Profile" Hackathon, November 3rd-24th

Welcome to the first ever LUKSO Hackathon! We have the basics ready and invite you to hack your profile! LUKSO is a new EVM Blockchain launching in the coming months. But its more than that, it comes with the core standards that enable a new creative economy.

The core pieces of LUKSO are Universal Profiles based on ERC725Account (LSP0) and LSP6 KeyManager, as well as a UniversalReceiver Delegate. You can read more about these pieces here.

Overview

LUKSO, the multiverse blockchain for the new creative economy is created by Fabian Vogelsteller, a former Lead Developer of Ethereum, author of the ERC20 and ERC725 smart contract standards, and developer of web3.js and the Mist Browser. LUKSO is a blockchain network where the worlds of fashion, gaming, design and social media intersect. LUKSO focuses on bringing Blockchain to the masses through its next level EVM based blockchain running the Casper FFG pure Proof of Stake consensus, new smart contract standards and tools to make developing for the new creative economy user-friendly and fun.

The LUKSO "Hack your Profile" Hackathon is the first-ever LUKSO hackathon!

This is a 3-week long online hackathon which will allow developers to build something amazing around Universal Profiles. You can join solo or create a team of up to 5 members.

Make a PR to this repo, and add yourself to the file PARTICIPANTS.md. Once we've merged your PR, it means we've accepted your participation.

How to submit your project

Once your project is ready for submission, please submit your project in the following format:

Send your Project Github Repo to @JonathanW#1245 in discord.

Make sure your README.md contains the project name, team members and explains the project and how to run it. Ideally you host the app somewhere for easy testing. Also add a video (3-5 minutes) that demonstrates your submission.

Please give access to the following github users, should your repo be private: @frozeman, @marjorielyx, @Leondroids, @igorbarinov and @Hugoo

Network

Ethereum Tools Similarities between LUKSO and Ethereum means you can use many of the most popular Ethereum developer tools. LUKSO supports the EVM, so tools for writing smart contracts in Solidity (or any language that compiles to EVM bytecode) are compatible with LUKSO
