dotfiles, software and macOS defaults.
- Install macOS applications, using Homebrew.
- Configure macOS settings.
- Setup terminal environment with Oh My Zsh and Powerlevel10k.
Caution
Use at your own risk! These dotfiles the macOS settings and install software. Always review the code and settings before using these dotfiles unless you know what it entails.
Install the dotfiles using Git and the bootstrap script.
$ git clone https://github.com/vidavidorra/dotfiles.git
$ cd dotfiles
$ ./bootstrapNote
These dotfiles are used with macOS Sonoma. So, there is no guarantee that these work on any other macOS versions.
To update the dotfiles locally, pull the latest changes from GitHub and run the bootstrap script again. The NO_MACOS environment variable can be used to skip the macOS settings, e.g. NO_MACOS=1 ./bootstrap.
$ git pull
