Fix alt-audio switching to track after the track has been loaded.
Why is this Pull Request needed?
Fixes a change (https://github.com/video-dev/hls.js/pull/3731/files#diff-fce83d85205f6441ddd410c5aca54bf4215dcbe6c16b6184af98ae438f930626R175-R176) that prevents switching to audio-tracks that have already been loaded.
Bug introduces in dev after merging #3731 (this issue is not present in v1.0.0)
