fix(coverage): trim URL parameters from file paths in c8 coverage

This should fix #1839 but only for C8, the problem still exists for istanbul provider
This will trim URL parameters from files (?vue&type=script&src=true&lang.ts) allowing them to be properly reported in text report and to be browsable in html report

Not sure what's the policy on tests for the c8 package

I think there are more restricted characters/file paths in this case.

Use any character in the current code page for a name, including Unicode characters and characters in the extended character set (128–255), except for the following:

| (vertical bar or pipe)
? (question mark)

CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9. Also avoid these names followed immediately by an extension; for example, NUL.txt is not recommended.

For unix-like systems we only need to check NUL ('\0') and / forward slash.

What happens, when you have the same file, but different queries? Like vue does for transforming html/script/css?

@AriPerkkio I also looked a bit at the istanbul part.
For the time being I only found a monkey patch for istanbul, but I don't think it's viable as the modification implied playing with coverage provided by onAfterSuiteRun to modify it as needed before the push

The type of coverage being unknown, I don't have enough knowledge on istanbul to tell that the solution was viable. That's why I focused on C8 ATM, I'll look a bit more into istanbul after this PR

@sheremet-va when a vue SFC is provided it will be listed as component.vue and the coverage will be provided for the component file passing through <template> and <script> if I remember correctly.

I'll try to give some time to this around this week and reimplement the tests I made for a previous PR about this issue for the SFC case and a combination of VUE + TS file.
