Update packages

[vtrofin]

• Update to latest version of Vuejs, Vue router and others.
• Replace an object of template refs in the cli animation with the new way, refs inside v-for
• Update usage of UseLink hook
• remove side-effect in computed property

Todo:

• There is a bug with v-for refs, meaning only function template refs will work. It's documented here and here
