Create dynamic form builder. Requiremenets:
- there should be two pages with routes between them
- Bootstrap should be used
1 page:
- select form components that should be visible on screen 2
- components should be filterable
- there should be ability to add components easily (from code)
2 page:
- form should be rendered according to first page selection
- form should contain validation wich should be set configurable from code
- form should validate on submit
- validations should not be seen on initial load
