Updating to latest Nx version

1. Run 'nx migrate latest'
2. Make sure package.json changes make sense and then run 'npm install'
3. Run 'nx migrate --run-migrations'

Updating to latest qwik-nx

1. Run 'nx migrate qwik-nx'
2. Make sure package.json changes make sense and then run 'npm install'
3. Run 'nx migrate --run-migrations'
