Add example and specific name/description for the positional cli argument for yarn version

What's the problem this PR addresses?

While the documentation is clear on what the positional argument should be it might be helpful to be more specific on the type of input, e.g. strategy and also semver.

How did you fix it?

I have added an additional example calling yarn version 1.2.3-aplha.1 as an example.
Added a name and description to the positional argument strategy
