Other criteria mean that the implementation is correct, but REGEXP_REPLACE_SUBSTITUTES_UNDEFINED_CAPTURE that it's buggy, so seem it should be !REGEXP_REPLACE_SUBSTITUTES_UNDEFINED_CAPTURE.
