Passing polaris through to UnstyledLink is a bug and has been removed on master in #1805

* Use hooks instead of context render props in withAppProvider This didn't play nice with how overrode isServer in server-side-rendering tests due to funky mocking. Splitting the mocks out into separate files fixes this. Strictly speaking this only caused problems in Avatar as it is a functional component, but I figured lets preemptivly fix ColorPicker's test too

There's no need to nest the context values inside another object. This API matches the modern testing API for custom mounts.

Consuming sites should use `React.contextType<typeof ThemeProviderContext>` like the calling sites of all other contexts we provide

All our other provided contexts don't have Provider in their name, neither should this

Simplify the modern types into being explicit about what we pass in and get returned rather than trying to build things up to improve readability.

Extend jest with all custom matchers in tests/matchers/index.ts instead of once for every file

This means that useStickyManager and useScrollLockManager will always return a non-null object. Change useI18n and useTheme to return undefined by default to keep similarity with useStickyManager and useScrollLockManager useLink already always returns an instance of Link useAppBridge may return undefined as an app context is optional

The LinkContext now stores a LinkLikeComponent directly instead of having the intermediate class that acted as a holding box

Context is a meaningless word - the context of what exactly?

This means that `mountWithAppProvider` in enzyme and `mountWithApp` in react-testing are thin wrappers around PolarisTestProvider. Move createThemeContext and createFrameContext into PolarisTestProvider as they are not needed anywhere else, the PolarisTestProvider shall take care of merging partial values

* Override StickyManager context in Scrollable This removes the need for the WithScrollable HoC in withAppProvider, leading to a drastically simpler withAppProvider implementation. * Simplify ScrollableContext It's a single value so there is no value to nesting it in an object. Also use a named export as we're moving towards that for everything

Default exports are low-key annoying as you need to name something every time you import it instead of using the existing name. Infer context types where possible instead of exporting the types. Stop publicly exporting WithContextProps

There is no value in having individual files per component in the styles folder. It is unneeded overhead and people shouldn't be digging into that folder trying to include a single component's styles in the first place. Where styles/components.scss previously was a list imports to per-component files, instead inline the contents of the per-component scss into styles/components.scss. The listing of the contents is preserved so the computed css out the other end will be idential. At this point global.scss and components.scss both contain pure css. They are only distributed as scss files for the sake of convinience, ease of `@import`ing, and because sewing-kit expects these named scss files.
