What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR drops the custom predicateutils.Or function which was added as part of #5297. However, we contributed that upstream with kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime#1781 and it's released since controller-runtime@v0.12 which we already use, so we can switch back.
