Failed to access certificate

If your PlexConnect instance shows "Failed to access certificate" check the following:

Did you create a certificate and install it on both the AppleTV and PlexConnect?

Check to see if the trailers.pem file is in the correct path

<your plexConnect install folder>\assets\certificates\trailers.pem

NB If you have already installed a certificate via a profile on the ATV you must delete it before installing another or it will not work.
