Do we need/want to exclude it from the ACP settings of infra.ci too? Plugins don't build there, but the exclusion settings are the same. |
Keeping them identical seems simpler, and should avoid questioning when modifying them at one place or the others. |

The plugin depends on an artifact that's machine generated if a new version of JB Space is deployed, and therefore not available at maven central.
