Summary

#9774, only manually. Makes it non-breaking as the peer dep is unchanged. This will enable plugins we don't need which #9774 avoids, but still

Not sure this warrants a test...

You should also add optional chaining and nullish coalescing (Babel 7.8.0).

Oh nevermind, it's not supported by Node.js.

It'll be supported in node 14 though, which is due to release April 21st, so might make sense to add regardless

After nicolo-ribaudo/babel-preset-current-node-syntax#2 we can use the preset, so let's
