A couple of years back we've renamed the Hyperledger Cactus project to Hyperledger Cacti and I wanted to make sure that this is reflected in the OpenSSF reports. There is no other change code change. Signed-off-by: Peter Somogyvari <peter.somogyvari@accenture.com>
