Motivation

original PR #3091

Netty 4.1.75 has netty/netty#12103 feature that #2989 needs

Netty false positive netty/netty-tcnative#710 jeremylong/DependencyCheck#4154

Modifications

  • Upgrade Netty from 4.1.74.Final to 4.1.75.Final
  • Netty 4.1.75.Final depends on netty-tc-native 2.0.50, also updates
  • Netty 4.1.75.Final needs grpc version to 1.45.1 see netty: Support pseudo headers in all GrpcHttp2RequestHeaders methods grpc/grpc-java#9004
  • grpc depends on protobuf 3.19.2, also updates
  • grpc depends on gson 2.8.9, update license file
  • grpc depends on http-client-google-http-client 1.41.0, update license file
  • grpc depends on auto.value-auto-value-annotations 1.9.0, update license file
