    • JD will create mailing list
    • Use wiki for organization
• How to introduce new users to Parthenon?
  • read paper, compile/run code, document issues
  • JD will draft mail

  • Ask people what features/issues they want to see resolved as slides
  • Downstream codes should present what they're up to (and what Parthenon features they use)
  • For people without downstream codes: prep slides for what they want to solve and what they need
  • Mon afternoon: determine "final" program
  • Then every morning "sync" with updates
