    • JD will send info to people with instructions what to bring
    • JD will also include info on travel logistics (as hotels are sparse and flights expensive/limited at the moment)
    • JD will also ask for people's GitHub username to be added to the project
  • schedule (everyone is happy with it at the moment)
    • use Monday for all presentations and to organize the rest of the week
      • AthenaPK (PG)
      • Phoebus
      • Riot (JD)
      • KHarma (BP)
      • AthenaPK disks/MRI (SL)
      • AthenaK (JS, PM)

Parthenon paper

  • updates almost done (only final part of intro update missing)
  • PG will send updated version by tomorrow morning
  • Frontier scaling data can be publicly shared now
  • Everyone should review/update by Tuesday EOB, PG will resubmit afterwards

Prolong/restrict "bug"

  • discovered by SL where results differ from Athena++
  • Athena++ prolong/restrict prim vars (incl. using floors when required) as prolong/restrict on convserved vars may more easily result in non-physical values
  • we need to address this one way or the other (metadata, fillderived hooks, ...)
  • -> to be discussed during workshop
