Fraud & Risk Tools Discoverability Banner Updated Options

The 'Remind Me Later' option on the Fraud and Risk Tools discoverability banner has been removed, leaving only the 'Learn more' and 'Dismiss' buttons.

Testing instructions:

  1. Navigate to the WCPay Overview page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fpayments%2Foverview
  2. You should see the discoverability banner displayed at the top of the page with a 'Learn more' button and a 'Dismiss' button. It should look like the screenshot below.

  1. Navigate to any other page in the wp-admin, after that page loads, navigate back to the WCPay Overview page. The banner should display as it did before.
  2. Click the 'Dismiss' button. The banner should disappear.
  3. Navigate to any other page in the admin, after that page loads, navigate back to the WCPay Overview page. The banner should not render.

Branding rollout: WooCommerce Payments -> WooPayments

WooCommerce Payments becomes WooPayments across the plugin

Testing instructions:

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce -> Payments -> All payment methods. Check that all WooCommerce Payments mentions are changed to WooPayments.

  2. Navigate to WooCommerce -> Payments -> WooPayments. Check that all occurrences of WooCommerce Payments are modified to WooPayments including logo. Click Advanced settings in the bottom of the page and check it too. image

  3. Check that text in notices are also modified image

Dispute notice on order edit page

We add this notice under order detail, on order edit page, when there is a dispute for that order.

Testing instructions

  • Make sure you have WooCommerce 7.9+ installed and activated.
  • Purchase a product using dispute test card.
  • View the order edit page and confirm the alert shows correct info and button links to dispute detail.
