Dell TPM: flashes left

For various reasons some Dell TPMs have limits on the number of times they can be flashed. The system will internally track the number of times flashed.

When the counter approaches 2 or less fwupd will display an error like this:

WARNING: XPS 9360 TPM 2.0 only has 2 flashes left.

When this message is displayed the TPM will not be flashed. If a TPM flash is still desired considering this, fwupd can be overridden however by providing the argument --force on the command line.

So if you were updating the TPM with the # fwupdmgr update command you would instead run: # fwupdmgr update --force
