LVFS Triaged Issue: Thunderbolt: timed out while waiting for device

Summary:

This issue is suspected to have been caused by the Thunderbolt controller being force powered off in the middle of the update process. It's believed to have been caused by a race condition involving running the update process rapidly after starting fwupd.

Solution:

We think this is harmless and the controller updated properly. The problem is believed to have been fixed in fwupd 1.0.7.

If the controller is still showing the old version after restart please file a bug against the fwupd project.
