Discussed the following issues

MAVLink SDK RFC
- Approved by all present to rename and move into MAVLink. JonasV to proceed.

1134 Feature request: Mission changed broadcast + 1136 common: add mission changed broadcast
- Makes sense. Approved for merging in as WIP

1133 Proposal for Improving User-fiendliness of Component Handling
- Lots of discussion.
- Agree in principle, but next step is to prototype.
- Ollie and JulianO to take offline. May need work to do lightweight version of MAVLink FTP protocol.
- Julian to chase Gus about repurposing camera messages or new messages.

1132 Geofence breach status
- JamesP to verify what (if anything) ArduPilot doing re breaches and the imported enum.

1130 Deprecate DO_MOUNT_CONTROL_QUAT
- Can be deprecated.

1135 Document signs for DO_MOUNT_CONTROL
- Big discussion. Current signs are wrong/inconsistent across messages, but this message is already in use.
- QGC does signs correct way and no special handling for this message. Julian to check what APM does.
- Number of options raised - new message, new protocol etc. New message probably safest and most likely to be adopted. New protocol would be better architecture, but uptake time is slow.
- Julian to do further evaluation.
