BazookaJoe - MAVlink does not have big enough address space for large fleets (255 systems). Would also like target system/component in packet, not payload. As per 1307
- Lorenz
  - we need more info about the cases they are trying to address.
  - Main options are to add an IPv4 or IPv6 address to header.
- AO: Lorenz to capture some options in a doc. Hamish has sent Lorenz summary of devcall discuss in a google doc.
- AO: Hamish to see if can get more info about use cases.

Extend SET_POSITION_TARGET_LOCAL_NED #1310 - Review proposal by DennisM.
- Lorenz votes to close; extension does not make sense in this case.
Romangligoki - problem with finalising messages. Action is to create PR/walkthrough showing problem. Can't manage as discussion in meeting.
